Hi All! We're having a baby! Yup, due around September 17th. We're all pretty excited, but wishing that I wasn't so darned sick!
Derrick got home last Thursday and we have LOVED having him home. He had some great adventures in Alaska... including getting locked IN to his house 10 minutes before he had to be at the airport to fly home. Oy. He heads back to Alaska on Sunday, he will be there for 2 months. Ugh. He is so missed while he is gone! But it is a blessing to have that job opportunity. He's lucky, he gets to miss out on some of my more sick-o months of pregnancy. :)
Derrick and Rad have been having a blast wrestling and watching truck and dirt bike video's. Rad LOVES those things. He will watch Travis Pastrana forever and then when he's just about done he gets on his 4wheeler and does his own tricks. It is really fun to watch.
Shayli comes home today, that's always good. I'm trying to get Derrick to go skiing with her on Friday. It's hard to convince him to leave Rad though... even for a few hours! Those 2 are two peas in a pod.
We have had so much snow here lately! We were out of power on Sunday due to the snow storm and yesterday we had to go buy new snow tires for the 4runner. We have.... getting close to 4 feet of standing snow in our yard and around our house where the snow slides off we can't see out of our windows unless we stand on a chair. SO MUCH SNOW!
